Before your first booking

• The Dave team will reach out to better understand what types of tasks you’re looking for help with and with what frequency you want help. Before you start anything, you’ll know how much it all costs so that there’s no surprises (see pricing below).

• Dave will work with you to establish how you want tasks done (i.e. laundry run on a certain setting or plates stacked in a certain way).

• You’ll select how many hours you want to book and a day that works for you.

During your first booking

• You’ll let in your Dave (or if we hold your key, Dave can let themselves in).

• Dave will get to work. During the first booking, your Dave may want to ask clarifying questions to ensure that they’re doing things correctly, so if you’re not home, try to keep your phone on you just in case.

After your first booking

• Once your Dave is gone, you’ll receive a summary of the work that was completed.

• You can review your Dave and leave feedback.

• Schedule Dave for future appointments through our website.

• Enjoy free time while Dave takes care of the stuff you don’t feel like doing!
